Mothers Day

I decided to keep this one open to all. This mothers day was sweet and heartwarming. I received so many text messages, shout outs, some flowers from a dear friend, hugs and facebook messages wishing me a Happy Mother's Day.

 It made me feel like I was still a mother because sometimes I forget that I am a mom because I don't have baby spit up all over me or I'm not changing diapers or am I carrying around a heavy car seat all the things that I yearn to do someday soon. It was a nice peaceful quiet mothers day and I truly enjoyed the time spent with Jay D and Logan.

Mothers are wonderful whether your children are here with you or not. You all work hard and love your children and that should always be recognized. Just because someone doesn't have a babe in their arms doesn't mean they aren't a mother. We are all mothers one way or another. It could be to our nieces and nephews or our friends children. I know I love all of the children surrounded around me in my life and I take in all the moments that they want to be with me. It makes me feel important and it feels good to be needed.

Happy belated Mothers day to all you Angel Mommies, Moms, Moms to be, or Mom's to the children that surround you. You are all beautiful inside and out.
