This is a very much overdue post but since I had a minute and stole my sisters pictures I thought I would make a post since I never take any pictures or post about anything fun! we really do have a life I promise!

For a almost 2 year old that little girl is FEARLESS!

My sister Sheena told me a story that when I was little and my dad would take us out on the tube behind the jet skis that when I told them to slow down she would tell my dad i said faster... now that is why i took forever to ride the tube again! It scared me so bad for years but I never knew why.. than in Jr. High I rode it again because I wanted to impress all the boys! ha ha ha

she looks so relaxed.. me on the other hand no words come to mind!

Swimming in the middle of bear lake.. this time of year the water was actually okay to swim in! Perfect for a HOT summer day! Don't you love how the life jacket fits me so perfectly??

Salon Couture

This past week was my first week at Salon Couture! I absolutely positively love it! Making a move at this time in my career was a scary choice. I prayed about it and got a feeling that either choice I made I would make it okay, however, I know this choice has been the best for me!

I cannot explain the joy that I am feeling over the move. This past week I felt so happy, estatic that I started at this salon! The owner is so amazing, helpful, uplifting! She treats me like her best friend (and everyone she knows) She listens to my rambling on, and teaches me new things! I couldn't ask for anything better!

She has high standards so its nice to have someone who has the same standards as you do especially when your gonna work somewhere full time.

I mean if I was only gonna work somewhere a couple days a week I wouldn't really care where I worked but since I am working full time this is just perfect!

Not that any of the salons I worked at before weren't great, they were! The people I worked with before were nice and friendly but I never really clicked with them I kinda felt left out when my one friend wasn't there.

So all in all I love my job, I love where I work, and I am loving life!

Big Move

A couple weeks ago our cousin called me telling me that her friend was opening up a new salon and needed some stylists. I wasn't currently looking for a new salon or thinking about moving because moving 3 times in one year wasn't in my plan. But I thought hey I'll just look into it and see what it has to offer nothing wrong about that right? Well I did and I immediately fell in love!

Also it has everything I need to build my clientele

• busy drive by traffic
• lots of surrounding cities
• great lighting
• and more

I prayed about it and felt that I'd be okay if I decided to move. I also talked to some of my clients to make sure they would follow me but its not that far from where I am now anyways. Its been hard finding a place where I completely feel like me. I feel that this salon I will be able too.
