Offer on a house!

Okay! So some of you may think we are crazy; however, some of you might think we are smart. I don't know. But Jay D and I made an offer on a cute house in Ogden on Tyler Ave. Don't worry! its above Harrison! So its in a fantastic neighborhood. It's actually right around the corner from my sisters house so we'd be in her ward. Jay D and I are really hoping the bank takes our offer. (its a short sale buy) which means its not quite yet in foreclosure but the bank has to approve the offer. Sorry I don't have any pictures of the house. But it is way cute. But it will need some TLC that is for sure! So if we get the house and your handy we'd love your help! We won't complain lol! jp I'll keep everyone updated if we get it or not. Until than we'll be enjoying married life yes i do mean it Living in the parents basement ( I never thought it'd happen) but it will because even if we don't get this house we plan on finding another house. It will be a process but we'll get there.

This is the quilt that my mom has been sewing all week long to get it finished. This is the quilt that will go on our bed. Isn't it beautiful... but wait it is not finished yet! This is just the top part it still needs a back and the quilting finished. But I was just too excited to show all of you.

Finally!

Taking pictures are capturing precious moments. Okay I know corny but it was the best line I could come up with. I am so excited. Jay D bought me a new digital camera. I have been wanting one forever. Clear up to the age of 18 I was still going to the store and having to wait 3 days to get my pictures back beacause I was on film. On my 18th birthday my parents FINALLY got me a Digital Camera; however, it worked for high school but it got to the point that I didn't even want to ask people to use my camera to take a picture for me. It felt like one of those cameras you dispose after using. You had to slide the front to turn it on... and not only that it only took 5 years for the camera to finally flash. So I was desperate need of a new camera because I love to capture those precious moments. Jay D and I got it just in time for all of my showers coming up, bridals (just to take some during the photo shoot), and of course our wedding and honeymoon! So if you see me and all i'm doing is taking pictures you know why! Besides it is really nice. =-) BTW ours is black.
